It's my birthday today, I'm 20. Actually 0x20, which is 32 in decimal. Sigh. I'm no longer "dude" at the local video store, I'm "sir." I'm not carded anymore. I'm typing this post one-handed because my greatest accomplishment is asleep in my other. I didn't even notice the time go by.

Looking back at my blog, I posted on my birthday in 2003 but didn't in 2004. What happened in 2005?

This year I aim to quit caffeine (again), lose 10 pounds (or at least move it around), continue to make eFinance work at Corillian, teach Zenzo ASL (Sign Language) along with English.

P.S. Here's some birthday Zenzo for ya.

Happy Birthday from someone who recently turned 11111. I'm not far behind... sir. :)

Happy Birthday, Scott. Have fun with the sign language and Signing Time series. I'll be curious to see how quitting caffeine will go as a new dad. With two boys, I swear caffeine is the only thing keeping me standing most days. :)

Happy Birthday, it is mine as well. The difference is I'm 0x31. I hope you enjoyed it.

Happy Birthday!

FYI, we started Ellen on signs when she was about 7 months old. The only one we really used at first was "milk". It took her until around 10 months to pick that one up, then a few months more to get her next one. Now she's 14 months, and she uses her signs *all the time*. It's completely awesome - really, really helps her not get frustrated. I think it has also helped her learn her primary spoken languages, since when signing, my wife says the word aloud in Chinese, and I say it in English.

Not that I'm an expert or anything, but do feel free to email me any time if you want to hear more about our experiences.

Happy Birthday. Hope Zenzo, Mo and you are all doing well.

P.S. The link to Chris in your first bullet is not going to Chris Brooks' site.

Happy Birthday, Scott. I have your book sitting in front of me, and its been very helpful and is well-written.

And having your handsome face smiling at me from the cover doesn't hurt. :-)
