Run, don't walk, and sign up for the Windows Home Server Beta 2. The Home Server Forum is here. I'll blog a lot more about this rockin' sweet server soon. I've been deep into it for a while now and it's truly yummy. It's changed my digital life more than Vista, frankly. At least, so far.

Excellent, I've been wanting to set up a home server lately since we've got 4 computers running at my house regularly and a stack of old IDE drives sitting on my desk that are wondering what all the SATA fuss is about. Thanks for the tip.

I've been asked to take part in the beta, too...
But unfortunately I don't have a spare PC here in New Zealand, just my laptop and my wife's one.
Hope there will be a beta 3 or something when I go back to Italy this summer (Italian summer... funny, in NZ is summer now, but I still think about seasons in Northern Hemisphere mode :-))
