A chinese fellow asked recently about my Blog's Logo. When I say 善/Zen" I mean Nice, Good, Postive. Arguably I could have used 禪/Zen to mean Buddist-like Enlightenment, but I like that 善 is pronounced (more or less) like "Zen."

Hm, I was also wondering if you made a mistake or you chose the character intentionally.

Well, if you intentionally use this Chinese character, sure it is a 100% positive word, you should pronounce it as "Shan" like 90% of Chinese. :) I am glad to see an English native people admiring our culture and picked up the very right word.
