Jeremy is right: when running web site you usually have to deal more with negative side of it: spam/scam/complaints.
But overall experience with the web site is positive most of the time.

Enjoyed listening to the podcast as usual ... however, it seems most of the discussion revolved around non-Microsoft technologies.
