463660255_87ff145779My two-hundred-and-sixteenth podcast is up. Scott's on vacation this week at the beach and Scott's Wife Mo joins him on the show to share Geek Relationship Tips. Is it hard to be married to a geek? What are some techniques for avoiding conflict and having a drama-free relationship?

(Ya, I know, I'm late to post this.)

Do also remember the complete archives are always up and they have PDF Transcripts, a little known feature that show up a few weeks after each show.

I want to add a big thanks to Telerik. Without their support, there wouldn't be a Hanselminutes. I hope they, and you, know that. Someone's gotta pay the bandwidth. Thanks also to Carl Franklin for all his support over these last 4 years!

Telerik is our sponsor for this show.

Very interesting podcast from a cultural perspective. But if there's a couple out there which does learn from your "way of life" it has a meaning. Congratulations - you have overcome all your challenges and sharing your best practices with the world. Learning from winners is so essential.
I could not find any geek specific things and I wonder what the definition of geek actually is? I am afraid is overloaded just like "love", "happyness" an many more.

This podcast hits a lot of what Dave Ramsey promotes through out his ministry. My wife and I have initiated a budget that we do before each new month and allows us to be free. If its in the budget, its ok to purchase. No more arguing.
